Buy Your New Home First

  • Move into your new home before listing your old house for sale. You’ll pay the mortgage on your new home, immediately building equity, and Knock will pay your old mortgage with the Knock Equity Advance for up to 6 months.
Then Sell Your Old House
  • Knock advances up to $25,000 in home prep costs on your old house so you can sell it for top dollar.
  • When your house sells, you’ll pay Knock back for any costs covered during your Home Swap. It’s that simple.
